摘要

通过对本校非医攻博师生的广泛调研

从招考方式、培养目标与专业设置、课程设置与临床实践、中期考核筛选制度、学位论文选题与评判标准等5个方面就非医攻博培养模式的实施情况与存在问题进行深入分析

提出改进措施与对策。

Abstract

A wide investigation among non-medicine candidates pursuing Ph.D studies and their teachers is conducted in our university. Five areas are covered such as enrolment mode

training objectives and specialty arrangement

course arrangement and clinical practice

mid-term check-up and leave-out system

topic selection and evaluation criteria of thesis dissertation to analyze present situation and problems of nurturing non-medicine candidates pursuing Ph.D. studies under the present teaching mode. Measures for improvement are suggested.
