目的

探讨低年资护士人文素养现状及与职业嵌入的相关性。
方法

采用一般资料调查表、护士人文素养自评量表和护士职业嵌入量表对335名低年资护士进行问卷调查。
结果

低年资护士人文素养总分为(230.33±22.27)分,护士职业嵌入总分为(72.56±8.17)分,护士人文素养总分与职业嵌入总分及各维均呈正相关(

=0.218~0.608,

0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示性别、是否为独生子女、所在医院等级、是否参加过人文关怀相关知识和技能的学习、对参加人文关怀相关知识和技能学习培训的必要程度、所在医院对护士人文素养培育的重视程度、职业嵌入等7个变量进入低年资护士人文素养的回归方程(

结论

低年资护士人文素养及职业嵌入均处于中等偏上水平,仍有较大提升空间,人文素养水平正向影响其职业嵌入水平,提示护理管理者和低年资护士应注重人文素养培养,有利于加深职业嵌入度,增强职业稳定性。

To explore the status quo of humanistic literacy among young nurses and its correlation with occupational embeddedness.
Methods

A questionnaire survey was conducted of 335 junior nurses using a general information questionnaire
a nurse humanistic literacy self-assessment scale
and a nursing job embeddedness scale.
Results

The total score of humanistic literacy of junior nurses was (230.33±22.27)
and that of their occupational embeddedness was (72.56±8.17). The former was positively correlated with the latter as well as the scores in all sub-dimensions of job embeddedness (
r
=0.218 to 0.608

the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the regression equation of humanistic literacy of young nurses included the following seven variables: gender
whether they are only children
hospital level
whether they have participated in training programs of humanistic care related knowledge and skills
whether they believe it′s necessary to participate in such training programs
whether hospitals attach importance to nursing humanistic literacy cultivation
and occupational embeddedness (

Conclusion

The humanistic literacy and job embeddedness of junior nurses are above the average level with still much room for improvement. The level of humanistic literacy positively affects the occupational embeddedness
suggesting that nursing educators and junior nurses should pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic literacy
which is conducive to increasing job embeddedness and enhancing job stability.
