As an important part of the ideological and political education team in colleges and universities

some student leaders are insufficient in their ideals

and moral ethics

posing a threat to the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities in the new period. Improving student leaders is an inevitable path for the connotative development of ideological and political education in the new era. This paper establishes the competency evaluation model of TCM college student leaders with 4 primary and 16 secondary parameters using analytic hierarchy process (AHP)

makes empirical analysis using fuzzy judgment matrix

and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening team development in contemporary China.
