摘要

健康服务与管理学科是由同名新专业的兴起而诞生。但由于专业培养目标与课程安排的偏差，使得人才培养未如预期，因此系统构建完善的健康服务与管理学科尤为必要。系统地阐述了中西医协同理念在健康服务与管理学科构建中的重要作用，提出治未病思想对学科构建具有重要指导意义，中西医协同理念为学科的内涵建设奠定了坚实基础，并为学科的应用传播打开广阔的视野。此外，中西医协同理念与跨界融合催生了学科发展的新动力。

Abstract

The discipline Health Services Management was born with the emergence of a new academic program of the same name. However

improper educational objectives and curricular arrangement have led to substandard talent cultivation

making it necessary to systematically improve and perfect the discipline of health services management. This paper comprehensively elaborates the important role of coordination between Chinese and Western medicine in discipline development

including the significance of the idea of prevention first in TCM for discipline construction

and the solid foundation for the connotative development and broad horizons for the application and dissemination of the discipline. In addition

coordination between the two medical systems and cross-border integration could give rise to new momentum for discipline development.
