In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation

relevant education has become an important part of talent training in colleges and universities. However

such education in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) colleges and universities is still faced with some practical difficulties

such as insufficient synergy among education stakeholders

incomplete curricular system

and gap between theory and practice

all of which hindered the smooth development of innovation and entrepreneurship education to a certain extent. Based on the status quo of such education in TCM colleges and universities

this paper explores the general characteristics of relevant education within the framework of systems theory. Furthermore

we offer suggestions for better innovation and entrepreneurship education by means of a holistic view

integration of professional and innovation and entrepreneurship education

dynamic adjustment of relevant theory and practice

and favorable environment.
