目的

通过教学门诊与传统门诊带教的应用比较,探讨教学门诊在产科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。
方法

选择 2022 年 3月—2023年 2月 在暨南大学附属江门中医院产科轮转的51名进行规范化培训的住院医师作为研究对象,随机分为实验组 25人,对照组 26人。其中实验组采用教学门诊的教学模式,对照组采用传统门诊跟诊的教学模式,培训结束进行出科考核,从5个方面评估教学效果。
结果

2组学员病历书写能力差异无统计学意义(

0.05),但实验组在专业知识掌握能力、沟通理解能力、分析汇总能力、人文关怀素养4个方面,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(

0.05)。
结论

教学门诊能够提高产科住院医师临床实践能力,并且对于其在人文素养、专业知识、逻辑思维、理解沟通等多方面的培训取得了较好的教学效果。
Objective

To explore the effectiveness of teaching clinic in the standardized training of obstetric residents based on a comparison between teaching clinic and traditional clinical apprenticeship.
Methods

A total of 51 resident physicians were selected as the research subjects who received standardized obstetrics training at Jiangmen TCM Hospital Affiliated to Ji′nan University from March 2022 to February 2023. They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 25 people and a control group of 26 members. The experimental group received training by means of teaching clinic
while the control group by means of traditional clinical apprenticeship. After the training was completed
an exit exam was given and learning outcomes were evaluated from five perspectives.
Results

There was no statistically significant difference in resident physicians′ ability to write case histories between the two groups (

the experimental group demonstrated better mastery of professional knowledge
communication and comprehension skills
analytical and synthetic thinking
and humanistic care literacy compared to the control group
with a statistically significant difference (

0.05).
Conclusion

Teaching clinic can enhance the clinical skills of obstetric residents
yielding positive teaching outcomes in humanistic literacy
professional knowledge
logical thinking
and interpersonal skills.
