加拿大教学技能工作坊因其理论根基深厚、活动形式新颖、培训周期短、培训效果显著,成为世界各国公认的有效教师培训项目,在我国高等教育领域有广阔的应用前景。成都中医药大学对教学技能工作坊进行本土化改造,探索适于新入职教师的校本培训项目。从实施背景、实施路径、实施效果3个方面介绍了成都中医药大学创新应用教学技能工作坊的情况,并总结了实践经验,提出要想让教学技能工作坊在我国落地生根并取得实效,还需要加强理论与实践创新、注重项目系统化设计、突出价值与文化引领、抓好引导员队伍建设。
Canadian instructional skills workshop has been recognized by countries around the world as an effective mode for teacher training program
because of its solid theoretical foundation
innovative training activities
short duration
and remarkable effects
thus highly applicable in Chinese higher education. For example
Chengdu University of TCM has localized the workshop to explore its own training programs suitable for its new teachers. This article introduces the innovative application of the workshop in Chengdu University of TCM from the three perspectives of background
processes
and effects. Our practical experience was then summarized as follows: to localize the workshop to yield acutual positive results in China
we need to facilitate theoretical and practical innovation
focus on systematic project design
highlight values and cultural guidance and develop qualified facilitator teams.
