目的

探讨3D动画结合以案例为导向的教学法在心律失常临床教学中的应用效果,分析有效的、实用的临床教学模式,提高心血管疾病教学水平。
方法

纳入北京中医药大学2017级和2018级中医学五年制2班学生共120人作为研究对象。其中2017级中医学五年制2班学生60人为对照组,采用传统教学方法;2018级中医学五年制2班学生60人为试验组。统计2组的课后测验成绩和教学评价调查问卷得分并进行比较。
结果

试验组学生的课后测验成绩和教学评价调查问卷评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(

结论

3D动画结合CBL教学法应用于心律失常临床教学中有助于增强学生的学习兴趣和主动性,提高教学效果和满意度。
Objective

To explore the effects of the combined application of 3D animation and CBL in the clinical teaching of arrhythmia
identify effective and practical clinical teaching model
and improve the teaching quality of cardiovascular disease.
Methods

A total of 120 students were selected as the research subjects from Class of 2022 and Class of 2023 of the five-year program of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Among them
the 60 students from the Class of 2022 were assigned to the control group taught in the traditional way. The other 60 students from the Class of 2023 were assigned to the experimental group taught with 3D animation plus CBL. Then
the scores of after-class tests and the responses to satisfaction survey questionnaires were compared statistically of the two groups.
Results

The scores of after-class tests and satisfaction questionnaire surveys of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group with the statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion

The application of 3D animation combined with CBL in the clinical teaching of arrhythmia can enhance the students′ interest in and motivation for learning
and improve the effects of and satisfaction with teaching.
