目的

探讨CBL联合PBL教学法在西学中班中医急诊学教学中的应用,提高学生运用中医急诊思维的能力。
方法

以CBL联合PBL教学法为教学主线,从神昏、脱证、中风等急症和专病入手,通过精选急诊具有代表性的病例与情景模拟教学,以学生为主体,教师与学生共同讨论并分析病案诊治过程中的重点难点,进行中西医急诊思维的对比,最后帮助学生建立中医急诊思维。
结果

教学结束后,学生对中医治疗急症有效性的认可度得到提高,对中医急症的辨证能力和掌握急救中成药的能力得到提高,经χ

检验,差异有统计学意义(

结论

在西学中班中医急诊学教学中应用CBL联合PBL教学法可以帮助学生提高中医急诊辨证思维能力,提高常用急救中成药的使用能力和使用中医技术处理急症的能力。
Objective

To explore the application of the combined Case-Based Learning (CBL) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) teaching methods in the teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) emergency medicine in Western Medicine intermediate classes
aiming to enhance students′ ability to apply TCM emergency thinking.
Methods

Employing the combined CBL and PBL teaching methods as the main teaching approach
the course starts with critical conditions and specialized diseases such as coma
collapse
stroke
etc. Representative emergency cases and scenario simulations are meticulously selected for teaching. Students take the lead
with teachers and students jointly discussing and analyzing the key difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment process of the cases
comparing TCM and Western emergency medicine thinking
and ultimately helping students establish TCM emergency thinking.
Results

After the teaching session
there was an increased recognition of the effectiveness of TCM in treating emergencies among students
enhanced ability to differentiate TCM emergency conditions
and improved mastery of emergency Chinese patent medicines
with statistically significant differences (

Conclusion

The application of combined CBL and PBL teaching methods in TCM emergency medicine teaching in Western Medicine intermediate classes can help students improve their TCM emergency diagnostic thinking
enhance their ability to use common emergency Chinese patent medicines
and their capacity to manage emergencies using TCM techniques.
