More than half of the students don’t feel confident in the major of Chinese medicine. The pressure mainly comes from psychological factors. Male students feel more pressure than female students. The third year is the watershed year for them to feel the pressure. Conclusion We should build students’ confidence in their own major

pay attention to their psychological problems concerning job employment. The emphasis should be put to male junior and senior students. Employment situation and countermeasure guidance should be strengthened.
