hot and difficult problems are investigated from the present situation of college education of Chinese medicine. Successful experience and problems to be solved are summarized for long period of development. New training mode is then suggested to strengthen cultural quality of Chinese medicine and train ability of conducting clinical practice. This not only provides basis for reforming and standardizing extension education after students graduate from the university

but also provides theoretical basis for administration of Chinese medicine vocation and policy making of training of Chinese medicine physicians.
